With seven bedrooms over three floors, Villa Belvedere can comfortably accommodate fourteen people. The house has two large comfortable living areas, a dining area and a spacious kitchen. The well-kept outdoor area with sunbeds, umbrellas and a barbecue and pizza oven invites you to linger. The highlight is the large infinity pool (12x6 meters) with a maximum depth of 2.40 meters in one half. In the other half the water is about 1 meter deep. The pool is heatable, so it can be used also outside the high summer. A pool table, a ping-pong table, board games and other toys invite you to use them. Internet via Wi-Fi is freely available throughout the house.

Bedroom

Upstairs there are sleeping accommodations, four bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. In the basement are two additional bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The two bedrooms to the south side of the villa each have a small balcony. In one of these bedrooms there is an additional bathtub. Extra beds are also available.

Kitchen & Dining area

On the first floor there is a dining room area and a spacious kitchen. In addition to seating at the kitchen counter, there is an extendable dining table. The kitchen is lavishly equipped with the usual necessities for the above number of people and includes:

Living area

Recreation area & Infinity Pool

In the basement there is a large leisure area. From here you go directly to the appealing outdoor area with the infinity pool as a highlight. The balcony from the upper floor serves here as a shady canopy. Parasols and sunbeds invite you to linger. In addition, more sofas and seating can be used for relaxing and the table tennis table for playing. Another refrigerator/freezer combination is also available. On this level there are two additional bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet.
